Usage

Does Kaedim generate UVs? Are the models automatically unwrapped and ready for texturing?

Currently, UV unwrapping is included within the texturing stage of the Game-readypipeline.

Iterations

How many revisions can I request per model?

As many as you want, so long as you have enough credits. However, we usually recommend reaching out to us if you are still not happy with your model after one or two iterations: [e-mail]

Is iteration a manual process on Kaedim's end?

Yes, iteration is a manual process on our side. With the help of customer feedback, we were able to create a win-win situation where:

A) You get any faults fixed

B) We integrate feedback into our algorithms to continually enhance their performance

How much time does it take for the revision to be completed?

There is no guarantee as to how long an iteration takes. For simpler revisions, this might only take a few minutes. More complex revisions may take longer.

How can we test Kaedim?

At this time we are not offering a free trial.

How do I add another account to my plan, if I have a plan that supports multiple accounts?

This feature is available on demand. If you are already on a plan with us, get in touch with the Kaedim team over Slack, Discord, or email ([e-mail]) to activate the Team functionality.

Do you offer or plan on offering smaller plans for individuals in the future?

Our platform supports creators of all sizes, from solo developers to large studios. To ensure everyone onboard has an exceptional experience with Kaedim, we are temporarily closing our off-the-shelf plans as we focus on providing the best possible service.

How do you work in terms of bulk orders?

How long would it take to set up an Enterprise plan?

What kind of licenses/ plans do you offer?

Do you offer free subscriptions?

We do not currently offer any free credits, subscriptions, or trials.
